Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant). He was very kind and always had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Once closing day came on the house, Jason was just as excited as we were and it felt like he was part of this family that was looking for this house. Once closed, Jason handed us the keys and congratulated us with open arms. I have no negative things to say about Jason, he is an amazing realtor and an even better man.

Dylan Parry was amazing at communicating throughout this process and was extremely knowledgeable on every single part of the home buying process. He also was great at holding the sellers agent responsible and making sure everyone was going through the process correctly. He was helpful and timely on all questions and responses. Corey listened to what we were looking for, and never tried to sway us in any direction, leaving us to really feel out the houses we looked at. After many existing home tours he suggested looking at a new build, which we were very unsure of, but we agreed. Corey’s suggestion led us to getting a new, bigger, more modern home that we love.
