The job of selling a family building to the right buyer.

We were selling our building that was built by my grandfather. Steve and Tabby listened to what we wanted to accomplish and listed the property. They educated us on how to make it more appealing to potential buyers. As a seller we wanted a buyer with the same commitment to the community that we and our family have shown since 1962. They routinely kept us informed of offers, interest and showings as they came to them. They were patient as we evaluated each opportunity to sell and tried to find the right fit for the community and our family. They worked harder than we ever expected them too and always kept our goals first. We trust them and highly recommend them to anyone in the position to list a property!
