Katrina was always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. There were many occasions when we reached out at the last minute requesting same-day service, and she would typically find a way to accommodate us. If same-day service wasn’t possible, she would provide availability for the following day. In most cases, however, she was able to assist us the same day. Her responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate requests with minimal notice were exceptional and greatly appreciated.

In the whole process they did a very good job. They responded in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable.

As always, Katrina went above and beyond. Every transaction that I've had with her has always had a short lead time for a buyer. She's quick and responsive to any emails texts or phone calls. Her comparables are always dead on and she doesn't try to oversell you on a price. It's always a smooth transaction from listing to close.
