There were many occasions when we reached out at the last minute requesting same-day service, and she would typically find a way to accommodate us. If same-day service wasn’t possible, she would provide availability for the following day. In most cases, however, she was able to assist us the same day. Her responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to accommodate requests with minimal notice were exceptional and greatly appreciated.
