Bobbi showed a good awareness of my needs and expectations and offered professional, honest and relevant feedback and guidance. She was very knowledgeable about the market and options/alternatives regarding my house. There were a few things in the process I was not initially completely clear about, but I always received answers when I asked for clarification.
