I'm a very critical person when it comes to doing the things You say you're going to do when i hire someone, Karen was the 3rd realtor I hired for this house, but the first to do what she said, and more. No empty promises just to hook me in, cared about the work I completed on the house, and would have became a friend had she not already been one. I understand why she and Rick are so busy, while others pay for leads she is swamped from word of mouth advertising. Couldn't have asked for more than she did. And we found the perfect buyer to boot. I took less than I wanted to, but because I ran out of time on my Land Contract, not because of anything she did. I believe if i would have chose correctly the first time we could have gotten 30 to 50k more for the place. Investors took a back seat because the housing market should be affordable for the average person, not a get rich quick scheme. Yes it is the one thing left to do so, but do we need a few rich and then renters, or do we need to have level playing ground like my grandpa had? Enough of my views on that, this is about my bada$$ realtor, and her nunchuck skills, I mean negotiation skills🤣. You're awesome Karen, I think the negative connotations to the name needs changed solely because of her awesomeness!

Heather was so amazingly helpful and patient with us. Any question I had Heather had an answer, she gave her honest opinion of properties and really helped me with the process! I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start. It’s crazy that I was just wanting to do a walk thru on a house and Heather came with a list of others and didn’t give up on finding our perfect home, WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH HEATHER! Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!
