He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Heather was so amazingly helpful and patient with us. Any question I had Heather had an answer, she gave her honest opinion of properties and really helped me with the process! I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start. It’s crazy that I was just wanting to do a walk thru on a house and Heather came with a list of others and didn’t give up on finding our perfect home, WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH HEATHER!
