As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

I’d give 30 stars if I could . Highly recommend !! She guided me through this process, Helped with decisions and made the right ones! I’ve used her before with the same result ! No questions un- answered and responded to every text immediately. From the first call to go see the property to the 2 weeks it took to close,Molly was with me. Unbelievable experience !! Heather was so amazingly helpful and patient with us. Any question I had Heather had an answer, she gave her honest opinion of properties and really helped me with the process! I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start.
