From letting us know what to do to prepare the house to sell quickly, choosing the sales price, timing when to put house on the market to be able to stay in our home until our new house was ready, to the quality of our home photos and so much more. They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem. Conner and Stacy are a valuble asset to the Company in my eyes. If we ever move back to Ohio they will be my first point of contact for a Realtor.

Jeff was always responsive when I reached out with questions or thoughts. Jeff is a very positive and professional person. The market at the moment with the higher interest rates makes it a little tougher to sell a house, however Jeff was able to get the dollar value for the house I was looking for and negotiated a good deal.

Jenni went above and beyond to help us through the process of building a home. She was with us at every appointment with the builder and really gave us confidence knowing there was someone that was on our side through the process. We had so many issues with our new build and she helped advocate for us through it all. Because of her research and communication with the builder we were able to get many of the issues resolved that the builder would’ve otherwise ignored. If you are building a home you need an agent and Jenni is the best out there! BTW the seller (builder) likely pays the commission so it’s a win-win for you. You have representation and someone in your corner without added cost! She also helped us sell our previous home in a pretty saturated market. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to sell quickly amd for more than I would’ve thought!
