Katrina helped us purchase a condo 5 years ago. Katrina immediately responded to us and once again helped us find an amazing new home, always treating us as a priority and always being flexible with her time. We got our new home for below asking price, a great feat given the current home buying climate, and then we asked for her help once more in selling our condo and she got us MORE than our asking price! As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
