Alexandria was very helpful in establishing a listing price that attracted buyers and led to a quick sale. She knew the market well enough we were able to get multiple offers within several days and at a level that seemed appropriate for the property. Once we were under contract we moved to closing within 30 days. We were well satisfied with the process. I have seen other houses lingering on the market recently indicating the pricing may not be appropriate for the property and current market conditions.

Our search for the perfect home has been a drawn out and extensive process. Trish has not tired at staying with us in the process as some other agents have. She is always there with immediate answers to questions, availability to show properties of interest, professional yet concerned assistance in providing offers and listing our existing home. Due to no fault of this wonderful agent, our last sale was a challenge. In the midst of building our new home, moving into temporary living, and having a baby, our stress was maxed out. Siara kept us in the loop on what was happening, making constant calls with buyer agents, lenders, etc.. correcting anything from clerical errors on appraisal reports to clarifying deed update requests from title agencies. Above and beyond is an understatement, and there’s a reason I’ve trusted her with the purchase and sale of 3 different homes.

Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
