I am happy I found Kathy; she was not only helpful providing the answers to my questions but was very patient when things from my lender moved very slow and sometimes looked as if things with the lender were not moving. Not only was she an advocate for me and kept me on target when I had awful lender issues with Bank of America, she also made sure to find other avenues to get us to where we wanted to be and close out on the house I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy Dodge as a realtor.
