Kathy Dodge was incredible! She lives 1 1/2 hours from my area and every time I got excited about a house and mentioned it to her, immediately she’d respond back with a viewing time. She’s raw and honest and so easy to work with. If I went through this process again, I’d choose Kathy every time! 10/10 highly recommend!

I am happy I found Kathy; she was not only helpful providing the answers to my questions but was very patient when things from my lender moved very slow and sometimes looked as if things with the lender were not moving. In addition, Kathy made time to answer the phone calls and text messages. I hope the best for Kathy and hopefully, more agents work as Kathy.

Kathy was a gem to work with. Not only was she an advocate for me and kept me on target when I had awful lender issues with Bank of America, she also made sure to find other avenues to get us to where we wanted to be and close out on the house I wanted. She has seasoned opinions and perspectives when it comes to finding a suitable property, she knows what to look for in areas that might not come up when you fall in love with a house and trusting the bones of it sight unseen. Her network and ability to move on concerns made it even better to work with her. Kathy doesn't let problems stay problems—she solves them! When professionalism was needed, her work ethic and demeanor speaks for her. When you need someone to complain to, her ears are always open (sorry, Kathy lol)! Kathy Dodge is a great agent and a wonderful soundboard. I highly suggest her to anyone looking for a down-to-earth perspective and flexible approach when dealing with issues outside of your realm of control and/or understanding. Thank you, Kathy!

I can’t say enough good things about Kathy Dodge as a realtor. As a 23 year old buying my very first home completely on my own, I was so nervous going into the process but Kathy made everything surprisingly easy. From start to finish, she made my entire experience stress free aside from the normal jitters that come with buying a home. If I could describe Kathy in a few words or less I’d say shes always one step ahead lol. She works with an amazing team and connected me with every person and company I needed from inspections to closing. The communication between all parties was excellent and I never felt in the dark or overwhelmed, which made the whole process seamless. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire journey of buying my first home.
