Buying a house was a daunting prospect, as I had never done it before and everything was last minute due to some life circumstances. Many realtors I called were difficult to get ahold of. Then I called Robert. He picked up quickly, and immediately had a game plan for me. The process of looking through houses with him was enjoyable, and something I will frankly miss now that I've closed. Despite not being an inspector, Rob was able to provide useful input as to potential problems with a purchase. At no point did he rush me, or try to force a sale. He did an excellent job helping me find a good deal, even if it meant we were searching a bit longer. During the closing process he couldn't have been more helpful. I had an unusually complex closing case, and he was there every step of the way to provide expert feedback to protect me financially. As a young educated professional, many of my friends will soon be entering the housing market, and I have made it clear that Rob is the best choice for an agent. If you are his employer, I cannot recommend him enough for some kind of increased compensation. If you are a potential buyer, save yourself a headache and go with him.
