Dani was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. She’s an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, well prepared, and a great listener. She’s took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish as a seller and executed a plan to perfection to meet my goals. She made some important suggestions in getting the property ready for listing which helped avoid closing delays and provided timely advice along the way. She not only understood the market but anticipated what would be important to prospective buyers and marketed the property in a way that generated more buyer interest than I ever expected. Most importantly, she always took the time to check in with me to provide updates. She was simply outstanding.

Danielle is smart, on the ball, and quick to respond to any questions that may arise. This is my 3rd time working with her (2 buying, 1 selling) and this went literally as smoothly as it could possibly go from the time we discussed the market and listing price, to negotiating with the seller, the home inspection, and ultimately the closing. Even long after the deal closed, she is quick to help out or assist with any questions that I have or offer advice when needed. Definitely would recommend using her as your buying or listing agent as she knows the local markets and gets things done quickly. 10/10 would recommend!
