It wasn't an easy search. Cuyahoga Falls has about a dozen houses for sale at any given moment, and they move in two weeks (at worst). We lost properties to faster buyers, walked away from houses with crumbling foundations and hidden mold, and watched listings disappear before we could schedule a second look. It went on for months. John never blinked. He stayed with us through every dead end and near-miss, and when the right house finally appeared, he moved fast.
