John was great. We felt very confident in his ability to manage the sale of our home. He and his staff were available during the listing to answer any questions even on his honeymoon!! House was so quickly and efficiently, and it couldn’t have been easier.

Meeting John Scaglione from the very first minute you know & understand this man’s knowledge is worth its weight in gold. His professionalism & experience fill the room immediately. Once listed he continues to keep you informed and his willingness to answer question and assist with any needs you have. This man is the top agent for a reason, years of experience, contacts, and the ability to help you receive the best price for your property! I can honestly say, the very best there is in the reality business. He has reached legend status for a reason, do not spend time looking & interviewing agents, put your trust in John as we did and your dreams will come true. Jeff W.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sebastian to sell our home! From the very beginning, he impressed us with his professionalism, clear communication, and deep knowledge of the market. He guided us through every step of the process with confidence and care, making what could have been stressful feel effortless. Sebastian’s pricing strategy, attention to detail, and marketing approach were spot-on—our home received incredible interest and sold faster (and for more) than we expected. He kept us informed at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from staging advice to closing day. If you’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but genuinely invested in your success, Sebastian is the realtor you want on your team. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

Sebastian is exactly who we needed as our realtor. He isn’t pushy, showy, or your stereotypical “realtor”. He’s genuine and works hard to provide the best for his clients. He helped us sell our starter home, helped negotiate the deal on our dream home, and he has been patient and kind with my elderly father when he considered buying a home a few months ago. Sebastian is flexible, understanding, and the type of guy you want in your corner. We love Seb and will continue to use him and recommend him to all our friends!

Pam did an excellent job guiding me through the process. They were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always available to answer questions. I’m very happy with the outcome and would gladly work with them again.

No question was too dumb, even if we'd asked before in a slightly different way. She definitely knew her stuff. She was also up front with us about what certain situations would entail. We got a pretty good deal on the house in the end. Would absolutely recommend!
