We had an excellent experience working with Krista to sell our home. She was extremely responsive and timely throughout the entire process. Her pricing strategy was effective, and she did a great job presenting the house attractively to potential buyers. We received offers very quickly, sold the house quickly, and ultimately got a better price than we had expected. Krista negotiated firmly on our behalf to get us the best possible price while always being fair and honest. Her advice throughout the process was sound and straightforward, and we never felt pressured into making a particular decision. She also provided clear guidance on how to prepare the house for sale and helped us navigate the closing process. We were buying a home at the same time, which made timing especially important. Krista coordinated closely with our buying agent to make sure the two transactions lined up correctly and helped make a potentially complicated process go very smoothly. We would highly recommend Krista to anyone looking for a responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and effective real estate agent.

Krista did many, many things that a normal agent would not even think about doing. She should get paid much more than her small % age. I will compensate her myself. I would rate her #1!
