She went to bat for us and was able to get the amount we were hoping for from the sale. We can’t tell you enough great things about her!

Jaime is a very responsive realtor. Jaime was great at walking us through the sale of a family house that had issues. She was able to look at the house and identify the problems. She was able to tell us what needed fixed and what the sellers would want to do on their own. She also knew what companies could fix what needed fixed. She would be a great realtor for either a buyer or a seller.

I would not consider another real estate transaction without Jaime! She helped us get amazing deals!! Sold our old house 'as is' this Spring in less than 1 week, got our asking price. Through my camera security I saw so much lack of integrity from other agents leaving front door unlocked to ignoring signs in house. Jaime addressed these immediately for me.
