I don't know if any sale is "easy" but Stephanie made life very easy for me and my wife. We didn't want to sell ourselves on any one house before we started looking, but our dream house was in our portal the very first time we logged in (with a price cut!!). Once we showed interest Stephanie got us in there ASAP. We were either the first or second people to see the house. We saw the house, made an offer, and had that offer accepted all in about 12 hours. Please note Matt Toth is currently with Real of Ohio. Matt is a knowledgeable agent. We would use him again. He was very accommodating and arranged a 3-hour successful open house on short notice. Matt was quick to communicate and respond to any changes of the sales process. He gave very good advice for a counteroffer so that we got the sales price we wanted and closed in only 15 days. It was less than 30 days from the time the house went on the market to closing the deal. He even helped us move several items out of the house.

Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!
