Not only was she an advocate for me and kept me on target when I had awful lender issues with Bank of America, she also made sure to find other avenues to get us to where we wanted to be and close out on the house I wanted. Alexandria was very helpful in establishing a listing price that attracted buyers and led to a quick sale. She knew the market well enough we were able to get multiple offers within several days and at a level that seemed appropriate for the property. Once we were under contract we moved to closing within 30 days. We were well satisfied with the process. I have seen other houses lingering on the market recently indicating the pricing may not be appropriate for the property and current market conditions.
