Adriane fully goes to bat for you. She will go review the properties before making an offer and is extremely honest with that she sees and thinks. This property turned out to have numerous outstanding liens from previous owners and delayed the process extensively. Adriane was on top of all of it, staying on top of the sellers agent to ensure it was mediated as quickly as possible. About to close on another property with Adriane in a few days with many more to follow! Highly recommend working with her and the team!
