She helped us find our dream home, was available day and night for calls and questions, guided us through the lending process and finding multiple inspectors, and really went to bat for us when it came to closing negotiations. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Heather was GREAT! From the first time we met, she was so professional and knowledgeable about her field! She was able to get my house listed within DAYS of our initial meeting. She also LISTENED to me and took the situation I was in with my home and combined it with her skills in real-estate, to put a plan together that WORKED! We ended up with MULTIPLE offers on my home, and even had back up contracts to ensure the sale would happen as promised! When COVID 19 hit, I received a call from a new associate in Heathers branch, Christine... Let me say this, She IS AMAZING!!! She checked on my well being and asked if i needed anything, as she knew I lived alone among a pandemic, she asked if i had enough groceries...WOW!!!! What a caring person! Christine facilitated the closing of my house, inspections, and also negotiated closely with Heather, with the multiple offers that were made. There were some problems that arose with the buyers, Christine and Heather quickly resolved the issues and closed on my home.
