Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Karen brings the perfect balance of skills, insight, and energy to the selling process. Not only was she able to sell my house for more than expected, she also sold it faster than expected. Her communication was thorough, timely, and fact-based; I had a good understanding of what was going on at all times. There were no unpleasant surprises. Karen's understanding of the market is impeccable, she knew the best time to put the house up for sale, she knew which updates would help sell the house, and she set a pricing strategy that balanced my price requirements with my desire to move quickly. Karen collected offers and helped me evaluate them not only on price but in terms of risk and timing. When I accepted the offer, I was confident I was not leaving anything on the table. Lastly and most importantly, I was never alone in the process; I felt like I was on a team focused on a successful sale and positive experience rather than working with someone that just wanted to complete the transaction.

I don't think I can do Donna justice when explaining how amazing it was to work with her! We were blessed to find Donna about a year ago when we were embarking on our home buying process. Timing wasn't right to buy with so many things coming up so we put it off for a year and reached back out when we were ready. When I say without Donna, we would not have closed on a home, I truly mean that. We were searching for a home in Columbus while in New Jersey, which meant we couldn't really see homes in person. Donna would send us homes, we would send her some, get her insight, then decide what homes she would see during a week then bid on what we felt most drawn to. Every home she toured came with a detailed walk through. Normally I worry things get overlooked but just as my eyes catch something, she would point it out. From finding the home, providing clear and concise details on neighborhoods, being extremely knowledgeable on pricing to bid on homes based on where they may appraise, to facilitating closing. None of those things would have been possible without Donna! I will definitely be reaching out when we need to sell and/or buy another home. Donna was such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend if you're looking for, not just a new home, but someone to provide you with the tools and the right insight to make the best decision for yourself and your loved ones. Run, don't walk!
