He’s incredibly responsive, quick to schedule appointments, and truly listens to your preferences—both likes and dislikes—to help you find the perfect home. During showings, he’s attentive to details, often pointing out potential issues or hidden benefits that might otherwise go unnoticed. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mike twice now, and both times he helped me find the ideal home while selling my current one within just a few days of listing. His expertise and dedication made the entire process smooth and successful. Both times, we encountered unexpected challenges (through no fault of his), and Mike was a calming presence throughout. He kept me grounded and focused while working diligently behind the scenes to resolve the issues. For example, during my first transaction, my buyer backed out just three days before closing and completely disappeared. I was devastated, thinking I’d lose the home I was set to buy. But Mike stepped in, communicated with the seller, and negotiated a solution. Thankfully, they agreed to wait, and Mike had my home back on the market and sold again within a day. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.

Katrina helped us purchase a condo 5 years ago. Small budget, first time home buyers, young kids just starting to become successful adults, and yet Katrina always treated us like we were a priority and we found a perfect starter condo! 5 years later, we reached out once more because as our lives and successes grew, so did our need for space. Katrina immediately responded to us and once again helped us find an amazing new home, always treating us as a priority and always being flexible with her time. We got our new home for below asking price, a great feat given the current home buying climate, and then we asked for her help once more in selling our condo and she got us MORE than our asking price! Esther was very patient with us as we spent over a year looking at houses. When we were in contract she paid close attention to details and ensured a smooth transaction.

As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
