My wife and I had not been involved in a real estate transactions for 32 years. She brought in the right partners and gave us many options to help US make the right decision for our personal situation. That was an auction. If you know me I am not a risk taker! This felt risky! That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. We sold prior to the auction and did not have to under go the stress of the actual auction. I believe this was due to Tiffany's Marketing and connections in the market with other realtors! She was able to vet out the right interest and find us the right buyer. She navigated this like a pro and stepped us through it. I was a nervous wreck. This is not a reflection of Tiffany's support it is just my personality on big life decisions and purchases. Tiff got us through it and put us in a great spot. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and support. In my opinion she was able to thread the needle on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Specifically, Erin examined our property with a buyers' eye, offered staging suggestions, and through her research of the neighborhood she helped us price the home very effectively. Our home essentially sold the first weekend. Having a hectic schedule with elder-care issues and helping with grandkids activities and schedules, the minimal time our house being up for sale was a cherry on top for us! Tonda stuck with us the entire time. It was a harder process as we were selling our home after leaving the state. Tonda took care of everything that came up and then some. She was great at communicating and kept the process moving. We have bought and sold with Tonda twice now and I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.
