Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.

Do yourself a favor and have Kaelin be your realtor! She was a delight to work with…quick responses, great communicator, detail oriented and a class act. She adds such a personal touch and is a strong advocate for her clients.

Leah helped us sell our home. Her team did a fantastic job advising us on prepping the house for sale. We ended up selling the home off market which made it much easier for us. Leah knows the market and gave very sound advice. Selling a home can be very stressful but Leah and Lyss are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I would hire them again and highly recommend!

This is the second home I have sold with Amy and Mallory. I also bought a home thru them. Mallory has a way of making you feel at ease with the whole process. Buying/ selling a home is stressful, Amy and Mallory took great care of me. They worked with me on what value my home should be and they got me over asking price. Lynda was exceptionally helpful throughout my home buying process. I was desperate to get out of an awful apartment community that had turned into low income housing. I contacted Lynda to help me buy a house and she immediately stopped me first to verify that I would be able to break my lease before getting stuck with both mortgage and rent payments. After verifying I could break the lease, she showed me multiple houses a day multiple days a week in various neighborhoods that I thought would be good for me. There were multiple times I tried to settle for a less than ideal house in a less than ideal neighborhood because of my desperation to leave my apartment, but Lynda kept me from rushing into a decision I would have regretted. She found me an amazing deal on a new construction house in a great community. She helped me through every step of the process with her contacts in lenders, inspectors, builders, etc. Lynda was always easy to get ahold of any time I needed her and was with me at all inspections, orientations, and closing. She has helped me prepare with recommendations on what to buy and maintain for the house. I could not have asked for a better agent to help me through this process and to help me get a much better home than I had ever expected.
