We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jody! Finding our forever home was a long process, and throughout it all, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive. She never once made us feel rushed or pressured and always stayed positive and helpful, even when we struggled to find a home with the right layout and flow. She had a way of helping us see the potential in each home and guiding us through the process with so much care and understanding. Jody truly goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful for all her help, guidance, and dedication. She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for you, Jody is the one! We absolutely love our forever home, and we will always be grateful to Jody for helping us find it! We highly recommend her!

I met Jody in late November 2025. What a nice lady. We were in the process of getting our rental in Ohio ready to sell. Once we contacted Jody about selling our property in May 2026, she put it on the market and it sold within one day and above asking price. The closing process was great. Jody was very professional and always there when I had questions. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home!

I first met Jody in November 2025 and was very impressed. Jody, Terry and I knew I had a long haul before I could sell my home but we finally got there in late May 2026. We live in SC and depended on Jody and Terry to assist us in selling our rental home in OH. It sold in one day and for more than it was listed. During the closing process, Jody assisted me with closing documents and the closing agents used were wonderful to work with since we had to do everything on-line, they were so helpful. If I had another property in Columbus, I would not hesitate to use Jody and her Team again!!

Jodie‘s negotiating skills were spot on. She was very professional and she made it happen in a very quickly timely manner. We are so appreciative of her and the work she did to achieve our purchase of a home.

Jody displayed expertise in many areas. She was skilled in knowing the the local housing market, skilled in executing an effective contract, and especially displayed excellent communication skills. She is very proactive and operates in her clients’ best interest. She had many key traits which resulted in a smooth sale of our home.

Jody Green did an excellent job selling our property during the snowy/ coldest winter of January 2026 in Ohio.

This is our second time working with Jody, and if I ever need to buy or sell a house again, we would continue to work with her. She's honest, helpful, transparent, and flexible. She is wonderful. She has lots of recommendations for people to work with who are also just as helpful. She won't steer you wrong.
