Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask.
