Eric Gledhill is a Columbus Ohio based Realtor with the Gledhill & Talis Group of Cutler Real Estate. Eric has been in real estate since 1997 with an extensive background in real estate development and sales. He has lead the completion of many new developments in Dublin, Gahanna, New Albany, as well as, re-development projects in the neighborhoods of Victorian Village, Italian Village, German Village, Schumacher Place, Merion Village, Short North, Clintonville and Granville. His expertise does not end there; he has represented multiple buyers of investment property, vacation homes and large tract of agricultural properties. He uses his 27 years of real estate experience to consult buyers and sellers of primary residences, vacation homes and investment properties throughout Ohio. Eric has a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University. He is active with OSU as a life member of the Alumni Club, Buckeye Club, 1888 Society – Athletic Scholarship Endowment Program. He enjoys the outdoors with his hunting dogs, fly-fishing and Ohio State football.
Mark Talis is a Columbus Ohio based Realtor with the Gledhill & Talis Group of Cutler Real Estate. Mark has been in real estate since 2003. Mark has his background in sales and promotion, having worked for a sports marketing company for 10 years prior to real estate.

Mark is a life long Columbus resident having grown up in Berwick and Bexley. After completing his studies at The Ohio State University, he had been living in the German Village Area and now resides in Bexley. Eric Hammersmith is a central Ohio Realtor with the esteemed Gledhill & Talis Group. He knew early on that he wanted to learn about real estate, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the Fisher College of Business at OSU. Licensed in 2009, he started in property management, but soon found that he has a passion for helping people find their homes and finding creative solutions problems that arise while helping people navigate the real estate process. Eric's client-centric approach is rooted in his belief in personal connections. His dedication to providing comprehensive service is reflected in understanding his clients' uniquepreferences and goals, he ensures a tailored and effective real estate experience.

Kate Weikel has resided in the Central Ohio area from the age of 5; growing up in New Albany, venturing into Westerville, and ultimately residing in Granville, raising 2 daughters.
In 2014, she embarked on her professional journey and began serving clients in Columbus and the surrounding areas of Central Ohio. Over time, she has cultivated a thriving career and earned a notable reputation among her clientele and fellow Realtors.

An Amazing Realtor We’d Recommend to Anyone!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Eric! From day one, he was incredibly easy to work with, always available when we had questions, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. He gave us honest, sound advice throughout the entire process and really took the time to understand what was important to us. One of the things we appreciated most was how well Eric helped us narrow in on what we actually wanted. He listened to us, understood our priorities, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. He was also fantastic when it came time to negotiate and helped us get an amazing deal on our new home.
