Eric Gledhill is a Columbus Ohio based Realtor with the Gledhill & Talis Group of Cutler Real Estate. Eric has been in real estate since 1997 with an extensive background in real estate development and sales. He has lead the completion of many new developments in Dublin, Gahanna, New Albany, as well as, re-development projects in the neighborhoods of Victorian Village, Italian Village, German Village, Schumacher Place, Merion Village, Short North, Clintonville and Granville. His expertise does not end there; he has represented multiple buyers of investment property, vacation homes and large tract of agricultural properties. He uses his 27 years of real estate experience to consult buyers and sellers of primary residences, vacation homes and investment properties throughout Ohio. Eric has a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University. He is active with OSU as a life member of the Alumni Club, Buckeye Club, 1888 Society – Athletic Scholarship Endowment Program. Outstanding representation for the sale of my home.

When I first met with Mark to discuss the selling of my home I felt immediately comfortable with his knowledge and expertise in this task. There wasn't a question too simple or difficult that he couldn't answer. He was spot on with the asking price and the open houses where we were ask to be out of town. He was always available with any questions we had and made this such a smooth experience. Mark's guidance and help to resolve some emergencies we had before going on the market were quick and calmly resolved.

Always had our best interest in mind no matter what decision he was making! We really trusted him!

Mark is a great communicator! He updated us along the entire process, from pre-listing to sold. One thing we especially loved about listing with Mark and the Gledhill team is how they had our best interest in mind while making decisions. We were selling our home and purchasing a new one to be near family all at the same time, and he understood that was important to us. Mark listened to our specific needs and goals and formulated a selling plan based on those, not the other way around! We trusted Mark because he was honest about pricing and educated us on what to expect when it comes to reviewing offers on our home. Our experience was incredibly positive and we would recommend them to anybody buying or selling their home. Our son also made a new best friend! Thank you, Mark!

Clear Communication and Market Expertise

From the first phone call with our agent (Eric Hammersmith) his professionalism and expertise of the market was evident. He was confident that we could meet our goals even on a very tight timeline. During our first meeting in person he was patient, professional, and provided data backed analysis on the market we were in. This analysis allowed us to have a better understanding of today’s housing market and what to expect. These numbers were 100% accurate in our case! Exact number of days on the market and very close on expected value we would receive. My family and I couldn’t be happier after working with Mr. Hammersmith.
