We moved into the area almost two years ago and started working with Dan. We were very particular and initially Dan provided a great landscape assessment of the Columbus market. Highly knowledgeable about every area. We took our time and over the two years we worked together Dan was very patient and responsive. We asked to see many homes and Dan was very accommodating and communicative. We put multiple offers in for homes and Dan guided us through the inspection and closing process like a pro. We love our home and feel like Dan did everything he could represent ourselves to the seller. Buying a home is a very intimidating and mysterious process at times but Dan made our experience so much better.

Jenni went above and beyond to help us through the process of building a home. She was with us at every appointment with the builder and really gave us confidence knowing there was someone that was on our side through the process. We had so many issues with our new build and she helped advocate for us through it all. Because of her research and communication with the builder we were able to get many of the issues resolved that the builder would’ve otherwise ignored. If you are building a home you need an agent and Jenni is the best out there! BTW the seller (builder) likely pays the commission so it’s a win-win for you. You have representation and someone in your corner without added cost! She also helped us sell our previous home in a pretty saturated market. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to sell quickly amd for more than I would’ve thought!

Jenni stopped by early in the process and helped us make a detailed list of suggested improvements. This was invaluable because it helped us focus on the items that would really matter to buyers in our area. She helped us time and price our listing correctly. Despite the fact that there were two other houses in our neighborhood with the same floor plan on sale at the same time as ours, we were able to get into contract within three days. Ours sold for more than the others and for more than I was expecting. This was definitely due to her guidance and expertise. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was not an easy transaction by any means, and there were multiple challenges along the way that could have easily derailed the process. Through it all, Seana remained professional, determined, and unwavering in her commitment to getting the deal across the finish line. She consistently went above and beyond what I expected, always advocating for my best interests, staying on top of every detail, and finding solutions when obstacles arose.
