The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was not an easy transaction by any means, and there were multiple challenges along the way that could have easily derailed the process.
