The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was not an easy transaction by any means, and there were multiple challenges along the way that could have easily derailed the process. Through it all, Seana remained professional, determined, and unwavering in her commitment to getting the deal across the finish line.
