From beginning to end she is always considering the sellers or buyers desires, as well as providing experience options, negotiating considerations and excellent advice. Jeff is great with his knowledge, responsiveness and candor. I know he can do his job in his sleep, so I feel confident in the information he was providing. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was not an easy transaction by any means, and there were multiple challenges along the way that could have easily derailed the process. Through it all, Seana remained professional, determined, and unwavering in her commitment to getting the deal across the finish line. She consistently went above and beyond what I expected, always advocating for my best interests, staying on top of every detail, and finding solutions when obstacles arose. There were moments when it would have been easier to walk away, but she never gave up. Her persistence, knowledge, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner every step of the way! Thanks to her hard work and dedication, what seemed impossible at times became a successful closing.
