Leah and Lyss are just an absolutely amazing team! They managed the sale of our large horse property from ideation to closing with an incredible level of support and guidance. We had a very complex sale that included dealing with the county for potential lot split, navigating a death in our family that delayed our listing timeline, and managing through contract needs with time to move our livestock across country and manage buyer expectations with a farm. We ended up with the perfect buyers for our farm who already love it as much as we have! I cannot imagine how challenging this would have been if we hadn't had the support of these amazing women! Their team consistently delivered excellent service and support. I think the absolute best aspect is the way they truly listen and respond to your needs as an owner at any given time. Stressed about cleaning? No worries, we've got someone who can help with that. Exhausted by minor repairs? Here's an easy path forward. Decision paralysis? Take a breath, we've got you. Leah and Lyss aren't just realtors, they're family, and they make you feel like a protected member of their family. Stephen is a terrific real estate agent! He is very professional, knows the market, has a contact for everything we needed done before the sale, and he is easy to talk to and fun to work with. Communication is key, and Stephen was in contact with us throughout the home selling process, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. He always responded to every query, big or small, in a timely manner, and we felt we had a great advocate on our side. Stephen's market knowledge helped us to realize what our property was worth, and he detailed all the pros and cons, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. In our previous experience, agents would visit the property once, but Stephen stopped by a number of times before we listed and during the listing just to make sure everything was in order. He even volunteered to meet carpet cleaners etc. when we were out of town. The brochures of our property and the online video advertising were beautiful. During the bidding and contract process, Stephen helped us by going over every detail, so that we understood all of our offers and could make an informed decision. Stephen's 25+ years in real estate were evident in every interaction - he is a true professional and the best real estate agent we have ever worked with!

Barbara, is awesome and I met after after she was strongly recommended by a colleague. Let me begin by saying every praise was true. Barbara was never pushy, trying to force a sale. Even when I backed out of a set closing due to personal reasons, she was patient, attentive and still as driven to find me something new that would work for my changed circumstances. She was my advocate, negotiator and always quick in responding. She patiently and politely answered all my questions and was open to communication via email, texts and phone calls. I am very happy with my house and would strongly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home. She is amazing!! And if I ever buy or sale a house again, she would be my person to go to without hesitation.
Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.
