She makes great suggestions and had excellent referrals for every little thing that popped up during the process. Karen was great in giving us advice on paint colors, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and flooring choices. She informed us on places to go for great, reasonable priced kitchen cabinets and carpeting. She did an excellent job on the "light staging" of our house before pictures were taken. Also took care of everything for the open house so that it had many visitors, which resulted in us receiving an offer. We didn't have to worry much, because she gets things done! Thanks, Karen!
