I'm a very critical person when it comes to doing the things You say you're going to do when i hire someone, Karen was the 3rd realtor I hired for this house, but the first to do what she said, and more. No empty promises just to hook me in, cared about the work I completed on the house, and would have became a friend had she not already been one. I understand why she and Rick are so busy, while others pay for leads she is swamped from word of mouth advertising. Couldn't have asked for more than she did. And we found the perfect buyer to boot. I took less than I wanted to, but because I ran out of time on my Land Contract, not because of anything she did. I believe if i would have chose correctly the first time we could have gotten 30 to 50k more for the place. Investors took a back seat because the housing market should be affordable for the average person, not a get rich quick scheme. Yes it is the one thing left to do so, but do we need a few rich and then renters, or do we need to have level playing ground like my grandpa had? Enough of my views on that, this is about my bada$$ realtor, and her nunchuck skills, I mean negotiation skills🤣. You're awesome Karen, I think the negative connotations to the name needs changed solely because of her awesomeness!

Karen was very helpful and hands-on in preparing the house for listing. She gave excellent advice and was very specific. In time crunches she even lended a hand in preparing the house. Our real estate deal was complicated but Karen steered us through with good advice. She addressed our concerns patiently and adroitly.
