Real estate teams in Westerville

Tiffany Bafford is what I think all Real Estate Agents should be. She took a very unique property like ours and found the right solution. She brought in the right partners and gave us many options to help US make the right decision for our personal situation. That was an auction. If you know me I am not a risk taker! This felt risky! That said she brought us the experts to tell us why it was a GOOD RISK! She struck while the iron was hot and the timing was good. We put it on the market and went through the pain staking steps to prep our house of 14 year and get it ready to show. She also took us to see a few houses. At this time if you did not make and offer at the point of seeing the house you lost the opportunity. She found us a great home in the right community that kept us in the same school district and met our unique needs. She suggested a financing person that could talk us though selling an buying a house in this crazy market. He was great. We have now been in our new place for 3 months. We sold prior to the auction and did not have to under go the stress of the actual auction. I believe this was due to Tiffany's Marketing and connections in the market with other realtors! She was able to vet out the right interest and find us the right buyer. She navigated this like a pro and stepped us through it. I was a nervous wreck. This is not a reflection of Tiffany's support it is just my personality on big life decisions and purchases. Tiff got us through it and put us in a great spot. I will be forever grateful for her professionalism and support. In my opinion she was able to thread the needle on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. I don't easily endorse sales people especially Realtors!!! Tiffany Bafford has my full endorsement!!! She is the gold standard for what a great realtor should be!

Tiffany didn’t assume anything, she offered to educate and share her advice if wanted. The ownership she took of every piece of our experience truly built trust and gave peace of mind.

Mary was the best realtor we have had! she was very responsive and patient. She knew exactly the right things to do/say and guided us in every step of the process.

Leah and Lyss are just an absolutely amazing team! They managed the sale of our large horse property from ideation to closing with an incredible level of support and guidance. We had a very complex sale that included dealing with the county for potential lot split, navigating a death in our family that delayed our listing timeline, and managing through contract needs with time to move our livestock across country and manage buyer expectations with a farm. We ended up with the perfect buyers for our farm who already love it as much as we have! I cannot imagine how challenging this would have been if we hadn't had the support of these amazing women! Their team consistently delivered excellent service and support. I think the absolute best aspect is the way they truly listen and respond to your needs as an owner at any given time. Stressed about cleaning? No worries, we've got someone who can help with that. Exhausted by minor repairs? Here's an easy path forward. Decision paralysis? Take a breath, we've got you. Leah and Lyss aren't just realtors, they're family, and they make you feel like a protected member of their family. My only regret is that we're moving our life across the country and we won't be able to use them out West! Thank you, Team!

Leah & Lyss are the best realtors in Columbus. They were always available and fast to respond when we needed. Our farm was appropriately priced, listed, and sold quickly. Highly highly recommend.

Leah helped us sell our home. Her team did a fantastic job advising us on prepping the house for sale. We ended up selling the home off market which made it much easier for us. Leah knows the market and gave very sound advice. Selling a home can be very stressful but Leah and Lyss are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. I would hire them again and highly recommend!

Rosalyn knows what she’s doing and is good at it! Very knowledgable, very responsive, and a very good person to have on your team.

Rosalyn was so great throughout this process. She was very easy to get ahold of and fast to respond. She was also very understanding of us needing to manage our small children with us during all of our tours. We toured several homes over the course of months to finally find the right fit and are so excited about our new home!

I have worked with Steve for many years. Just bought my third house with his help. I can call or text him when I need him or have questions. I rely on his judgement and knowledge of the home buying and selling process. All in all he makes this process easy.

We have worked with Stephen through more than one sale of our homes and a purchase of a home over the past 20 years. Stephen is a knowledgeable and professional agent. He makes the process seamless. What we appreciate the most is his patience as you process a sale or purchase. Closings always went well and Stephen was there to guide us through. We would recommend Stephen for a sale or a purchase. You won’t be disappointed. He has a great deal of experience!
