Jeff and his associates were absolutely the best! Jeff did a great job of identifying potential properties to see, fully understanding out needs and timeline. He and his associates kept me informed and were responsive to all my questions once we settled on a property to make an offer on. He guided us through the offer to contract to closing very successfully with great advice that resulted in the best possible result. Many thanks to Jeff and his staff!

Jeff is great with his knowledge, responsiveness and candor. I know he can do his job in his sleep, so I feel confident in the information he was providing. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.
