Jim has been my realtor since 2012. I have bought two and sold two homes with him. He is professional, organized, and on top of the whole process. I had moved out of the state so he took on a lot of responsibilities for the execution of the process. Communication is key, and Stephen was in contact with us throughout the home selling process, letting us know what to expect each step of the way. He always responded to every query, big or small, in a timely manner, and we felt we had a great advocate on our side. Stephen's market knowledge helped us to realize what our property was worth, and he detailed all the pros and cons, so we knew exactly what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded at every turn. In our previous experience, agents would visit the property once, but Stephen stopped by a number of times before we listed and during the listing just to make sure everything was in order. He even volunteered to meet carpet cleaners etc. when we were out of town. The brochures of our property and the online video advertising were beautiful. During the bidding and contract process, Stephen helped us by going over every detail, so that we understood all of our offers and could make an informed decision.
