We had to adjust our strategy several times in the six months this condo was on the market due to market changes. Our initial entry point was based on lots of comps in the community. However, the condo market downtown started to tank. Stephen's marketing of the property was top notch from the start. He never gave up especially on selling the property to the new owners who were not in a hurry to pull the trigger. His friendly, but knowledgeable approach eventually paid off with these buyers.
