I am not exaggerating when I tell you I would not be in my dream home if not for Stephen Dial. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe Stephen's level of commitment and dedication to his clients. He's extremely personable and gets to know you on a personal level before beginning a house search. I began searching for a house at the end of January and closed on my dream home by the beginning of March... THAT'S HOW GOOD HE IS!! Having Stephen as your agent makes you feel extremely secure. Each home walk-through I had he used his experience to point out issues and or benefits to the houses that he noticed which made home viewing a lot easier as well as gave you a sense of confidence knowing if you missed something, Stephen would be there to catch it. He was very attentive and always super quick to reply to any questions or concerns and made sure you 100% understood what he was explaining. He was EXTREMELY efficient with paperwork and he made sure you understood what you were signing before you signed it which is super important. Stephen stepped out of his comfort zone in a county he does not typically show houses in, went to bat for me, and somehow STILL got me an amazing deal on a house which would not have been accomplished without his hard work, the research that he did, and his experience. To say that I'm satisfied would be an understatement. I trult believe if I hired anybody else, I would not be in my dream home right now and would more than likely still be searching for a home. Stephen was a dream. If you don't appreciate his punctuality and knowledgeability then you must at least appreciate his warm and vibrant personality. Im writing this review to highly recommend Stephen Dial for all your real estate needs, whether you're buying or selling (he's done both for me), I highly recommend him. Most recently, he was my realtor in the purchase of a property. The whole experience, from start to finish was thoughtful, well organized and efficient. For example, Stephen set up my MLS listings for exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond the call to get us showings immediately. When I finally made an offer on "the one", Stephen skillfully negotiated a deal for me. He is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and helped set an appropriate bid. His negotiating skills are also top notch. This was a multiple bid situation and stephen negotiated till the seller took our offer. Beyond that, Stephen did much more. He helped me find contractors for the small repairs I will need to do. I can't tell you how helpful that is! I always felt like Stephen "had my back" and I so appreciate it. Although I’m not the testimonial/review type of individual, I cannot pass up leaving words about our experience with Stephen Dial. What can I say about someone that truly impressed my wife and I, with his patience, professionalism and his passion in assisting our daughter find her first home. We felt comfortable in his ability to introspectively look at details, that we were not looking for during her search for the right place to suit her need. Few people leave a lasting impression, with limited interactions, and Stephen certainly did so with each of us.
