Why did you choose a career in real estate? To counsel & assist in helping others to find the American dream of home ownership. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? Resident of Grove City. I love the small town atmosphere, yet convenience of larger city environments. Located 7 minutes from downtown Columbus with easy access to both I-71 and 270, Grove City is an easy and quick commute to just about anywhere you want to go. The slow, structured, and continued growth of our city makes it a hidden gem as a suburb of Columbus. Housing prices continue to be more affordable than some of the other areas making it a great place for those seeking first time ownership, or for those downsizing. We are home to the Lanny Wadkins designed Pinnacle Golf Course, of which I am a member, that provides a beautiful and challenging experience for all who love the game of golf. A genuinely friendly community. 4. How do you spend your free time? I am part of a large Italian family and of course family is very important to me, so a great deal of my spare time is spent with those I love. I most enjoyed spending time with my precious parents who have now passed away, but are still in the forefront of my heart. I enjoyed playing golf, especially in tournaments, as I am somewhat competitive, but not a sore loser! Being a Sales Manager, and a successful Realtor honestly leaves little "me time", as we generally work 24/7, so it is a good thing I love what I do! 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? My most prized possession was a gold pocket watch given to me by my father. He obtained it by trading a Hershey Candy Bar while guarding Prisoners in WWII. This past Christmas I gifted it to my Brother with love as my most prized possession. 6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Passionate!

Very good communication and was also very honest. Jason does an amazing job keeping you in the loop.

Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant). He was very kind and always had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Once closing day came on the house, Jason was just as excited as we were and it felt like he was part of this family that was looking for this house. Once closed, Jason handed us the keys and congratulated us with open arms. I have no negative things to say about Jason, he is an amazing realtor and an even better man.

Excellent and hardworking

I can't say enough good things about John Rogers. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and always kept me informed every step of the way. We had to deal with some very difficult people, but he stayed professional, calm, and focused on getting everything done. I truly appreciated how he always answered my questions, returned my calls, and made sure I understood what was happening. No matter how stressful things became, he never gave up and continued working hard to protect my interests and get the deal across the finish line. I highly recommend John Rogers to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated. His patience, persistence, and commitment made all the difference, and I'm very grateful for everything he did for me. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond!
