While I wasn't born in Florida, I will dare anyone to deny that God meant me to be a Florida Girl! I LOVE the heat, the springs, canopy-cover back roads, the beach...I could go on and on. I've called Gainesville my home all of my adult life, and I'm just in love with it. My career began in banking while I earned a B.A. in Business. Once I completed my degree, I began working in the non-profit sector with the American Cancer Society as an Event Planner, then with the March of Dimes as the Area Youth Director, what fun!! I have a real passion for volunteering and helping people, so I thought the non-profit sector is where I would stay until retirement, but I've always had a sincere interest in homes and the residential real estate process. Even as a kid, I enjoyed looking at different styles of homes. In college, I took Art in Architecture and other similar courses as electives when my schedule allotted. In the early 2000s, I had the opportunity to rehab a few homes in a little business venture, and I got the fever! So, in 2014 when the opportunity to get my Real Estate license presented itself, I jumped. I've worked locally as a Broker Assistant and Buyer's Specialist before joining Bosshardt Realty. Henry is the best!

Henry knows the local real estate market inside out, and will help you with every detail in preparing your house for sale. He will tell you what to do to help the house present better, and he will give you recommendations for the type of help you need, but also understands what can be left alone, since not all $$$ spent will increase the bottom line. He is a very nice, kind, thoughtful person, and extremely helpful. He will go the extra mile to help you. He also communicates quickly and well, and stays in touch through all parts of the process.

I feel so blessed to have stumbled into a website listing and found this wonderful realtor. Tara worked with me tirelessly to look at properties in my range (which was limited) to find the absolute best fit. She is honest and straightforward while also being able to help you see the positive potential in multiple possibilities (an optimistic outlook is very helpful when you are fiscally limited :) ). Masks and wipes in hand, she made sure to safely show me the best options on the market during a global pandemic! Tara was available and responsive to every question, patient through my doubts, and a saint during our closing process. I can't say enough good things and I would reach out to her in a second should I be selling or looking (which I hope I won't any time soon!).
