Alicia has excellent communication skills, timely, bold, and unafraid to communicate buyers wishes. Excellent negotiating skills resulting in successful purchase. Market knowledge is excellent as well as related buyer costs. I'll conact Alicia in the future for my next purchase so I highly recommend you do the same. Lord bless.

Very professional. Was available when I made requests.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a house, has excellent communication skills, and one of the most professional agents we have ever worked with. She is very patient and has the sellers best interests at the center of the whole process. She is very personable and always ready to answer any questions. We would recommend her if you are looking for a top agent who knows her business well.

This was my third time buying a house and this time around was definitely the biggest headache, mainly due to the laws regarding real estate have changed significantly since my last time purchasing. With that said, Amanda did a very good job making the process as stress free as possible. Even after the purchase of this home, she has still hung in there for us and has helped us with other issues not pertaining to our purchase. If you want someone that will treat you like a friend, like a human, and not a paycheck; Amanda is the realtor you need. I'm very grateful to have her in our corner. Thank you again Amanda
