I’m Cheryl Kacinskas, a Florida REALTOR® with Meadows Realty LLC and the person behind SoldBuyCheryl. I help buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida, with a strong focus on The Villages, Ocala, Lady Lake, Summerfield and the surrounding communities. Having relocated myself, I understand that choosing a home is about much more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. The community, lifestyle, location and day-to-day experience matter just as much. That’s especially true when comparing the many 55+ communities in and around The Villages and Ocala, where amenities, fees, home styles and lifestyles can vary tremendously from one community to another. I work with buyers, sellers and people relocating to Central Florida, including clients who are trying to decide between The Villages, other 55+ communities and traditional neighborhoods. My approach is straightforward: understand what matters to you, explain the differences honestly, and help you make a decision that makes sense for your life — not simply sell you a house. I’m an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certified. I have also completed the Have You Served? pledge and enjoy helping veterans and military families understand and use their VA home loan benefits. Fantastic, Great realtor, Very knowledgeable about the area

Cheryl helped navigate the complexities between NY and FL realities. She was spot on with the negotiations between buyer and seller. Cheryl also walked us through the steps required up to the FL closing and through the closing. She communicated well,stayed on top of the process and followed through even after the sale. Cheryl was always available to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make our home purchase possible.

Best realtor EVER

Having moved multiple times, with total confidence I can say, Cheryl is the best agent I have ever worked with. I “interviewed” 3 realtors and as soon as I met with Cheryl, I was impressed with not only her professionalism but her enthusiasm about being entrusted with the sale of my home. Her marketing techniques are superb. She listened to my concerns and together we set realistic expectations. Cheryl communicated through every step of the listing, showings, contract proposals, closing, and even followed up to make sure I had not had any issues with my out of state purchase. Made Our Out-of-State Home Purchase a Breeze!

We had an amazing experience working with our realtor while purchasing a home from out of state. From the very beginning, she made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. Her communication was outstanding. She was always responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt comfortable even when we couldn’t be there in person. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She helped us find the perfect home for our family and was always willing to advocate for us, whether that meant negotiating for a great deal or fighting for a closing date that worked with our move. We truly felt like she had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Moving to a new state and buying a home can be overwhelming but having her in our corner made all the difference. Excellent communication & responsiveness

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheryl was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she always took the time to answer all of our questions. If there was ever something she didn’t know, she made sure to find someone who did and get us the answer. She explained every step clearly, kept us informed along the way, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. We always felt like we knew what was happening and what to expect next. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Cheryl. I would never use anyone else for my Florida real estate needs and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Florida!
