This, for me, turned out to be invaluable as Sherri was able to work with the listing agent and the seller to complete repairs that the inspection revealed were needed to allow my homeowners to write my policy. Everyone worked together with the same end goal: to sell a property on one side and buy a property on the other side. I don't feel it would have gone this smoothly had I come in at a lower offer.
