Cheryl Kacinskas is hands-down the best Realtor I have ever worked with. From the very first moment, she went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our Florida home purchase was successful. Cheryl personally refined the list of homes with my wife ahead of time, then when I flew down, she had everything mapped out with a printout for each property. In one day, she showed me 11 homes, and the next morning she took me to see the one that became our dream home. She didn’t just set appointments. She built the perfect route, managed the schedule flawlessly, and maximized every hour. What impressed me most was her strategy and determination. Out of two competing offers, Cheryl worked her magic with the selling Realtor to make sure our offer was the one that got accepted. That’s the kind of advocate you want on your side. She filmed 17 video walkthroughs so my wife could experience every home remotely, stayed in close contact by email and phone at every step, and even handled the second walkthrough on our behalf when we couldn’t be there in person. Talk about living up to a challenge. My wife and I were purchasing a new home in Florida remotely from New Hampshire. We were forced to rely heavily on Cheryl to scout, assess and present to us those properties that met our requirements. To say the least, this was labor intensive and time consuming.
