The closing process was very well explained and she even stayed at my new house while I wasn’t available to go through the things that needed to be finished up with the builder! Cheryl listened to what we were looking for and didnt waste time searching for homes. We arrived on a Sunday and hit the ground looking at homes first thing Monday morning. We found our home and made an offer on Wednesday. She made everything seamless and gave us a list of things to do to help speed things up. She worked day and night to help us get into our home as soon as possible. We all reached out and communicated several times a day throughout the process. From the very first moment, she went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our Florida home purchase was successful. In one day, she showed me 11 homes, and the next morning she took me to see the one that became our dream home. She didn’t just set appointments.
