She is very knowledgeable and communicates easier and explains issues well. She does research on every property that is being showed. So you know what is fair market and any potential problems and enhancements the house

Cheryl listened to what we were looking for and didnt waste time searching for homes. We arrived on a Sunday and hit the ground looking at homes first thing Monday morning. We found our home and made an offer on Wednesday. She made everything seamless and gave us a list of things to do to help speed things up.
