Cheryl Kacinskas is hands-down the best Realtor I have ever worked with. From the very first moment, she went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our Florida home purchase was successful. Cheryl personally refined the list of homes with my wife ahead of time, then when I flew down, she had everything mapped out with a printout for each property. In one day, she showed me 11 homes, and the next morning she took me to see the one that became our dream home. She didn’t just set appointments. She built the perfect route, managed the schedule flawlessly, and maximized every hour. What impressed me most was her strategy and determination. Out of two competing offers, Cheryl worked her magic with the selling Realtor to make sure our offer was the one that got accepted. That’s the kind of advocate you want on your side. She filmed 17 video walkthroughs so my wife could experience every home remotely, stayed in close contact by email and phone at every step, and even handled the second walkthrough on our behalf when we couldn’t be there in person. Cheryl didn’t stop after closing either. She went so far as to pay out of her own pocket to overnight our new house keys so we’d have them before making the long drive down. That’s not just service, that’s genuine care. If you’re buying or selling in Florida, don’t waste time with anyone else. Cheryl is the total package: experienced, relentless, caring, and results-driven. We are beyond grateful, and I would recommend her 100 times over.
