If there was ever something she didn’t know, she made sure to find someone who did and get us the answer. I have nerve damage so bad, and extremely sensitive to wifi, Radio towers, cell towers etc. Bert dug right in learned and did not question me and my issues. I showed him meters, tools and the electircal fields that affect me with my health issues. Once he listened to me and saw what the meters showed and saw the health issues in and out of the tower areas. He was there 100% from start to finish. Drove us all over looked at so many homes, he did not give up and was so positive. What a God Send! Bert went over the top to help us find a safe home in our price range. He also pointed out many things that you should know living in Florida and owning a home. We could not have asked for a better agent than Bert. He knows everyone in the areas of Florida we now live. Has so many great connections and contacts. Do yourself a favor and go with a great, honest God loving human that is still human and treats you better than a typical salesperson. Bert truly cares and he is an amazing man, I am proud to call him a friend!

She was the first one to take us back to look at a property again the next day. That really helped narrowing down to which house we wanted. Cheryl set us up with resources and contact information which was very helpful being we are not from down here. Cheryl got on the phone for us I don’t know how many times to help clear up issues with the title company. I know there’s more things that I am not recalling at this time. She was simply amazing!!

Prior to working with Cheryl, I had a horrible experience with another agent. It took threats of attorneys from my lender to end that deal! Needless to say I was apprehensive and had serious doubts that I even wanted to try again to purchase a new home. Cheryl was AMAZING! She took the time to actually listen to what I was hoping for and sent me several options of homes that may check my boxes. Each time something came available, Cheryl emailed me the information. She made herself available for showings that worked with my schedule. She had all the details organized for each and every house we looked at. She understood what my apprehensions were (I was TERRIFIED of ending up with 2 house payments!) She never pushed and allowed me to work through the nerves on my own time. She took the extra steps in forming a relationship with my lender in an effort to make the process easier for me. Cheryl kept this intimidating process as simple as possible! She sent texts with my “to do” lists that were step by step which made something that seemed impossible very easy! Once I narrowed down what I wanted from the options, she made calls to the listing agent and found the PERFECT home for me! The closing process was very well explained and she even stayed at my new house while I wasn’t available to go through the things that needed to be finished up with the builder! Cheryl listened to what we were looking for and didnt waste time searching for homes. We arrived on a Sunday and hit the ground looking at homes first thing Monday morning. We found our home and made an offer on Wednesday. She made everything seamless and gave us a list of things to do to help speed things up. She worked day and night to help us get into our home as soon as possible. We all reached out and communicated several times a day throughout the process. No questions went unanswered and we we doing all this with her in Florida and us in Missouri. She always had a smile on her face and was ready to tackle any bumps that could arise. Cheryl went over and above my expectations. She assisted with 2 properties at one time. One for myself and another for my parents. She kept us informed on next steps, did all research on properties prior to showings, stayed on top of everyone involved to keep the ball rolling, drove across state several times to make sure tasks got completed. Even after closing she still answering my questions and following up on my HOA. I highly recommend her as agent.
