Talk about living up to a challenge. My wife and I were purchasing a new home in Florida remotely from New Hampshire. We were forced to rely heavily on Cheryl to scout, assess and present to us those properties that met our requirements. To say the least, this was labor intensive and time consuming. Cheryl, with her ever present good nature and professionalism was more than a match to the test. Her level of communication was perfect. Always there when we had a question, and fully informative and transparent with any and all details for each property. Once we settled on a specific property, I flew down to Florida to see it in person. Cheryl met me at the property an hour earlier that we had discussed despite having to adjust her schedule. When we made an offer she negotiated on our behalf so that the seller paid all the closing costs and then some. We even got a payout after the close thanks to her skill.
