She helped us determine the best price point, let us know exactly what we needed to do to get the home ready for market, and helped us in any way she could. She organized a very successful open house that ultimately led to the efficient sale of our home. Once we had a buyer she answered every question we had about the closing process so we were well informed on how everything would go. She was able to keep all aspects in line and handled many things ahead of time so closing was extremely smooth. I don’t believe we could have asked for a better selling experience. Lish will certainly be my go-to agent for any future purchases or property sales. She has been great and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
