Amanda Martz

We were Amanda's first solo home settlement. There is always much to learn in any new job. Amanda proved she is committed to making a client's real estate venture a successful one. When we reached our settlement date, there were a couple of bugs. And, boy.......did Amanda step up to the plate!!! Consider a real estate agent as being caught in the middle. On one side you have buyers and on the other side you have sellers. A real estate agent must maneuver negotiations to a happy median. Amanda was that real estate agent! Calm, friendly and a good listener. Since we are from another state, Amanda was great in communicating w/us via email, text and phone. My husband & I knew we could contact Amanda anytime w/any question! We now consider her our first new friend in Florida!
