We're empty nesters and wanted to downsize and in a hurry for personal reasons. We first met with Doug and Ginger (The A Team) in January and our house was not ready for sale. After 5 weeks of completing The A Team's todo list we listed it In March and in May we closed. The one thing we appreciated most about the A Team was Doug's contractual knowledge. In this market things get crazy with obscure contingencies, etc.. but he was on top of everything and we always felt like we were making well informed decisions. The A Team takes their client's desires very seriously and were flexible in how they approached things depending on how we felt about it. When we listed the house in March we gave the A team a challenge. We set a price for them then left town for 4 days with the goal of having it sold before we returned. They did it! We got the price we wanted in the time frame we wanted. They even fed our fish while we were gone. What more could anyone ask? On a personal note. Sometimes you meet people that are so good at their jobs and exhibit such enthusiasm that it makes you consider switching careers. Not long after we closed we were thinking.....maybe....just maybe we could be like The A Team some day. Nah. There's only 1.

I am so grateful that I found Ms. Kane. I randomly reached out to her for basic information gathering as I was not sure I was ready to look for a property. She insisted on helping me regardless if I was buying or not. She offered insight and issues to be considered. I proceeded with looking for a property. In spite of the low end of the price range she treated me as if I was buying a million dollar property. (I have purchased other homes in the past so I know the difference in an agent that is interested in a sale and an agent that really is looking out for my best interest. I looked at one property that Ms. Kane called and told me she encouraged me not to pursue. The comps were not in my favor and she felt that property was not in my best interest. We kept looking. As properties came up I was free to reach out to her at any time with questions. She was ALWAYS prompt with responses. She helped me find a lender that was right for me. She took it upon herself to find out information for me regarding septic and well issues that I would not have known to ask about. She helped me find the right agent for the homeowners insurance. I never felt pressured to buy. If anything I was constantly reminded to do what was best for me. The entire process was seamless as she was on top of everything. I am so grateful that I took a chance on a realtor I had no previous experience with. My son may be moving back to Florida in the near future. I already told him he has to call Ms Kane if he does move back to this area. He will be in the best possible hands.
